Rocket Anabiel

Basically I'm submitting two OCs as Team Rocket grumps.  I'm not done yet since I want to submit another one of my OCs, Falcion, as well.  

Anabiel doesn't like constricting clothes because she enjoys running and doing things quickly so she tends to break dress code often.  She tied up the bottom of the shirt with a hairband and chooses to wear shorts and stockings instead of the regular skirt.  She joined Team Rocket because she needed a part time job and, despite her normally gross and loud personality, she can be stealthy and dexterous when necessary.  She has a Jolteon called Volt... with his only attacks being Flash and Quick Attack.

I will submit both characters on Tumblr when I'm done with Falcion.
